Intellectual Property
Umiq and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Pintor Project SpA. Your data remains yours — we claim no ownership of data you upload to the platform.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pintor Project SpA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Umiq.
Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
